The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing financial operations for a law firm, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic insights to support business decision-making.Law firm experience required. Key responsibilities:
- Lead annual budgeting process, monitor performance against budgets and develop financial forecasts to guide planning
- Analyze financial data and identify trends with measurable goals and track performance of attorneys, clients and areas of practice
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, including cost control
- Handle payroll and related tasks
- Analyze and prepare financial reports and statements
- Create and/or update internal accounting processes
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality
