Direct HireTempExperts is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join a thriving team at a St. Petersburg Law Firm. This is a very demanding position that is document-intensive, fast-paced, and deadline driven. A perfect match will be an excellent communicator with time-management and organizational skills. Corporate Law focus required, experience in Real Estate/Estate Planning is a plus.This employee will need to have proven, relevant experience to set them up for success.**Must have 5+ years legal support and Florida State and Federal Courts experience.**Responsibilities:

• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and binders with contracts, real estate documents, and corporate documents.
• Working closely with Condo, HOA, and Co-Op board members.
• Schedule, coordinate materials, and prepare attorneys for client meetings.
• Establish and organize files; monitor deadlines; input information into file database.
• Create letters, legal documents and memos in Word, spreadsheets in Excel, and presentations in PowerPoint.
• Perform general clerical duties (photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, etc.).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• Paralegal degree/certificate.
• 5+ years legal firm experience. Focus on Corporate Law preferred.
• Real Estate and Estate Planning experience preferred.
• Able to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple, detailed tasks simultaneously and prioritize appropriately.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must have strong PC skills with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint); experience in Filesite/ iManage is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe.
• Highly organized, results oriented and ability to work in a multi-functional team environment.
