Responsibilities of this role will include overseeing the process of assessing initial and ongoing risk to all children within a family, providing guidance and direction to caseworkers as they identify the most appropriate level of agency intervention and services needed, and assuring compliance and effective interpretation of all laws, regulations, policies, and procedures related to child welfare. Supervisors are instrumental in positively coaching direct service staff members and assuring consistency in the day-to-day decision making processes assuring the best possible outcomes for children and their families.Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• Two years of professional experience in public or private social work and a bachelor’s degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and education which includes 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences.
