Join us in our mission to help our clients achieve personal growth, recovery, and an everyday life.DESCRIPTION OF WORKIn this key role, duties involve providing technical assistance to contract providers and agency staff, program planning, development, and implementation. Work involves creating the Quality Management plan, tracking, monitoring and reporting the data to stakeholders. This position reviews and approves incident reports, coordinates and provides technical assistance with Providers in regard to actions or lack of actions within the Incident Management process, and utilizes data and information from EIM, the Home and Community Services Information System (HCSIS) and other monitoring activities outside of HCSIS, to identify trends, strengths, and areas of concern or challenges for review. In coordination with the IDD Director, this position assists in the completion of the following annual processes: Quality Assurance & Improvement (QA&I) – to include the AE self-assessment and Provider reviews, Provider Qualification (PQ) and Provider Orientation. You will have the opportunity for community outreach by holding an annual/bi-annual Family Collaborative meeting, developing a quarterly newsletter and planning and coordinating activities for Abilities Month.Additional duties include:
