Candidate must have an active TS/SCI, or TS with a current SSBI, and be eligible to obtain a TS/SCI w/Poly Clearance.Primary Responsibilities:Assemble large, complex sets of data to meet functional and other requirementsBuild statistical models, test hypotheses, interpret, summarize, visualize, and succinctly report on data findingsBuild requisite infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from various sourcesPerform research on various data sources, to include unstructured data using quantitative and qualitative content analyticsConstruct and perform complex database search queries in multiple databases using SQL and API interfacesPerform web scraping and apply various techniques for processing unstructured dataIdentify, design, and implement internal process improvementsOptimize data delivery, and automate manual processesCurate and maintain data stored in support of metrics and evaluationDesign, build, test, maintain, and automate data collection/pipelinesDevelop Dashboards for Data AnalyticsLeverage available resources to normalize and manage data, predict scenarios and make recommendationsContribute to building new analytical tools and packages across the enterpriseContribute to the design and evolution of the client’s enterprise data architecture, ensuring interoperability, security, and alignment with business goalsCollaborate with team members in a highly technical environmentCollaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive data integration initiatives and foster a data-driven cultureAnalyze current data structure, tagging, and quality standards to discover and address anomaliesAnalyze current practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and contract requirementsLearn and leverage emerging technologies as they become available/accepted within the customer environmentBrief and interact with personnel at all levels of experience, including Senior OfficialsBasic Qualifications:Active TS/SCI, or TS with a current SSBI, and eligible to obtain a TS/SCI w/poly clearanceUS CitizenBachelor of Science Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other relevant technical program, with 8+ years of experience or additional years of experience in lie of degreeSkilled in data extraction and analysis from COTS productsExperience with data manipulation, analysis, analytic/business insight tools, and data visualizationExperience constructing and performing complex database search queriesExperience establishing/developing data pipelines and normalizing dataProficiency with MS Excel and MS Access for design, development and exploitation of datasets and databasesProficiency with programming (e.g. Python, R) and machine learning toolkitsAdvanced problem-solving skills for unstructured datasetsCapable of presenting technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong organizational, time management, and omnidirectional communication abilitiesTechnical writing and critical readingExperience producing executive-level productsAbility to work efficiently on small, distributed teamsPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with non-linear workflows​Familiarity with TTP development processKnowledge of computer science concepts, data architecture, and statisticsExperience/familiarity with frequentist statistics and probability including predicative modelingOriginal Posting: March 10, 2025For U.S. Positions: While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range: Pay Range $104,650.00 – $189,175.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.

Salary: $104650 – 189175 per year
