As a key member of our team, you’ll leverage advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning to inform strategic decision making and drive business outcomes. You will use data science tools and techniques, including AI, to analyze aspects of the employee life cycle, measure risks and impacts of initiatives, as well as translate insights to non-technical stakeholders. As a consultant to HR, you will establish strong partnerships with our stakeholders to inform strategic decision making.THE WORKData Science & Advanced Analytics:
– Apply advanced statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data from a variety of sources such as internal databases, employee surveys, external sources, etc.
– Develop, implement, and advocate for AI-powered solutions and assistants.
– Develop predictive models to analyze aspects of the employee life cycle.
– Use A/B testing, decision science techniques, and statistical inference to measure the risk and the impact of HR initiatives and programs.
– Utilize data engineering techniques to store, process, and transform data.Consultancy:
– Partner with HR stakeholders to co-create solutions that drive strategic decision making and proactively anticipate stakeholder needs based on trends and insights.
– Use data storytelling techniques to translate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders and leadership in the form of presentations, reports, and dashboards.
– Apply knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in data science and analytics to continuously improve HR analytics capabilities.WHY JOIN US

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in data science or a similar role, preferably with experience in HR, People Analytics, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or social sciences.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with data science tools such as GitLab, Docker Images, and AWS S3 buckets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience applying statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to support strategic decision making.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and facilitate collaboration with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Desired skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience working with HR data.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance in HR contexts.
