Description: DeVine provides technical and scientific support services to government clients.Our company is looking for a Database Developer to join DeVine in a full time capacity. This position will be supporting a government customer and no work visa sponsorship is available.The successfully hired Database Developer will collaborate with our client as part of a small System Design team. The team will develop functional program coding utilizing Procedural Language/Structured Query Language (PL/SQL) in the Quality Management Reporting System (QMRS), using Oracle SQL Developer and Oracle Application Express (APEX).If you meet the requirements below, and you’d enjoy working in Sacramento, CA, then please apply!Minimum Required Experience:

• 5+ years’ Oracle PL/SQL
• 2+ years’ Oracle Packaging and Procedures
• 2+ years’ Oracle SQL Developer
• 2+ years’ Oracle Application Express 5, 18, 19
• 2+ years’ Java Script, Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) 5.0, JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), jQuery, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• 2+ years’ creating materialized views, sequences
• 2+ years’ with Microsoft Power BI

Desirable Experience:

• 5+ years’ Oracle Database Administration
• 5+ years’ Oracle Enterprise Architect
• 2+ years’ Oracle Application Express Configuration Management
• Previous experience working with State governments
