This practice features 21 operatories, operates digitally, and has two full-time hygienists. We accept most insurance plans and are currently welcoming over 60 new patients each month. Farmington, NM 87401Owner: Dr. David HermanOkay with just bread and butter. Doc will have autonomy to do procedures that excite them. Ideally needs someone who is comfortable being solo provider.
Owner was a GP for 8 years before moving into ortho. He works on site with ortho but will have very little time for mentorship.21 total ops with 3 for dental (remaining ops are for ortho).
Accepts all insurance.
Wide demographic of patients including Navajo Indian Reservation.
2 hyg.Monday- Friday 8-5 -BUT – open to 4 days.
Office currently works 3 weeks on and then 1 week off.2 columns.
No path to partnership.Paid on collections (30-35%).
Daily guarantee (not sure if it expires).
Sign on bonus (up to 30K)
Avg collections past 6 months (97-100%)
Full benefits including 401K.
Growing general dentistry to this practice — currently have a part-time locum dentist.
