This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing firm.As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the firm’s overall digital marketing strategy. Reporting to the head of marketing and managing a digital coordinator, you will be laser-focused on developing, planning and executing digital marketing initiatives and campaigns (paid and organic) that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate the firm’s growth. You will also work closely with team members and firm leaders to leverage marketing tools for the sales and business development processes and initiatives.We are seeking an innovative, creative thinker with strong business acumen who is strategic, collaborative, and a consultative marketer with a proven track record of accomplishments in multichannel marketing, as well as a passion for digital technologies.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Digital Content Strategy, Leadership, & Cross Functional Collaboration (30%)
  • Building, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy and roadmap aligned with the firm’s objectives
  • Collaborating with marketing, business development, and firm leadership to plan and execute digitally led campaigns and initiatives
  • Partnering with stakeholders to evolve the sales process through digital tools and strategies
  • Educating and supporting employees on social selling best practices through training and internal communication to drive firm-wide engagement
  • Channel Ownership & Campaign Execution (40%)
  • Managing and overseeing all digital channels – Including the website (WordPress), HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Operations Hubs), social media (earned and paid), SEO, and SEM – ensuring they are optimized for performance and engagement
  • Overseeing the website experience, including UX best practices, page performance, and conversion optimization for landing pages and digital content
  • Leading the development and execution of paid strategies across Google Ads, social, display, and retargeting, including performance tracking and reporting
  • Managing the firm’s advocacy platform (e.g., Sprout Social), ensuring effective stakeholder communication and channel optimization
  • Technology, Infrastructure & Vendor Management (15%)
  • Leading the customization, implementation, and ongoing optimization of HubSpot workflows, automations, enablement functions and reporting
  • Overseeing contact database hygiene and list management to ensure segmentation and accuracy across campaigns.
  • Coordinating with external vendors for website and HubSpot development, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical execution
  • Analytics, Content & Performance Optimization (15%)
  • Developing and implementing a digital content strategy in partnership with the team’s Content Strategist and broader marketing team
  • Establishing and managing an integrated email marketing strategy, including segmentation, campaign management, and measurement
  • Defining and tracking KPIs across digital initiatives; interpreting data to deliver insights, optimizations, and strategic recommendations
  • Leading SEO strategy, including on-page and off-page optimization to enhance search visibility and site traffic

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 6+ years’ experience in digital marketing, including experience with website, HubSpot, SEO, social media, paid search, Google Analytics, and email marketing.
  • Experience in developing, managing, and implementing digital platforms in a B2B environment and prior professional service experience is required.
  • HubSpot Certification and advanced knowledge and experience with WordPress are required.
  • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns across Google platforms (Analytics/Ads).
  • Prior experience building and executing a sales and lead process leveraging digital tools.
  • Proactive and collaborative professional who inspires confidence and trust with partners and colleagues.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills. Extremely detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing measurement techniques, KPIs and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
