Description: Digital Marketing SpecialistContract to Hire role in Atlanta, GA (Perimeter)You will have the opportunity to manage and optimize our client’s digital marketing channels to ensure effective execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of campaigns and initiatives. This role leads digital analytics and platform integration efforts to increase engagement and drive strategic goals. Ideal for a digital marketer with 2–4 years of experience who is eager to grow in a collaborative environment.Core Competencies:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (marketing automation and email; MC Power User) – 2 years minimum. This will be the initial focus of the position.
• Social media management and content scheduling
• Website content management and optimization
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Data analytics, dashboard reporting, and campaign insights

Key Responsibilities:

• Executes digital communications across email, website, member portal, and social media channels.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to manage audience segmentation, develop personalization strategies, and build automated campaigns driven by engagement or behavior.
• Advises the Digital Marketing Manager on platform best practices, including image specs, formatting standards, and accessibility compliance.
• Works with web developers and CMS partners to create, update, and optimize digital content and user experiences.
• Leads campaign tracking, analytics, testing, dashboard creation, and survey analysis.
• Partners with the Content Marketing Manager to refine messaging based on performance data and audience insights.
• Identifies, evaluates, and implements new tools to support digital marketing objectives.
• Stays up-to-date with digital marketing trends, with an emphasis on continuous learning and recommending fresh approaches.
