We promote entirely from within and are 100% dependent on performance, rather than seniority.Direct Sales Representative’s Duties and Responsibilities:

• Go directly to our client’s lead base performing door-to-door sales pitches to sell the various client offerings
• Assist homeowners and residences with saving money through our community-focused sales practice
• Gather the necessary homeowner information needed to provide a custom solar solution
• Set appointments for closed sales, explaining the installation process from start to finish with transparency
• Escalate any outstanding customer questions to our team of Sales Experts to ensure the customer understands the entire sale process as needed
• Network with strategy and grow/develop our customer base
• Monitor and track company metrics based on the team’s performance

Direct Sales Representative’s Requirements & Education

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required
• A degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing is a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills or 1-2 years in a Sales or Account Management position
• Previous door-to-door sales experience or commission and retail experience is preferred
• Possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and resolve issues, questions, and concerns
