Description: Job DescriptionDirector Vaccines FranchisesJoin us as the Director of Companion Animal Vaccine Marketing, where you’ll lead the commercial growth of our innovative vaccine and therapeutic portfolios. Reporting to the Executive Director of the Companion Animal and Equine Business Unit Marketing, you’ll develop and execute a dynamic brand strategy for our canine and feline vaccines while steering future pipeline products.Your strategic leadership will address unmet market needs and enhance the customer experience with our company’s Animal Health. With a strong background in strategic marketing across various therapeutic classes, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to be the ‘voice and ear’ of the franchise, driving customer-centric solutions.In this role, you’ll manage the brand team focused on crafting impactful messaging and overseeing all marketing initiatives, including advertising, product pricing, and industry programs. You’ll also be accountable for the portfolio’s financial performance, driving topline sales and profit contributions.Key responsibilities include recruiting and developing top talent, guiding your team in executing routine marketing functions, and steering the annual tactical and long-term strategic planning for the portfolio.We seek a candidate with strategic vision and intellectual curiosity about vaccines and companion immunology. If you’re ready to make a significant impact in the companion animal health sector, we want to hear from you!Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Talent Leadership and DevelopmentLead a high-performing team to integrate analytics and insights, to make data-driven recommendations to advance the portfolioDefine and drive accountability across the team for performance of brandsLead in cross functional collaborationRecruit, hire, develop, and retain top marketing talentMessaging and Value PropositionCreating the product positioning, messaging, and value proposition for our company’s Vaccine, Therapeutic, and Equine product rangesPartnering with agencies, communications, professional services, you and your teams will be the strategic mind behind all the content to differentiate our brandsCommunications & Demand Generation CollaborationFocus the teams to create driving campaigns that reach the right target; with the right message; delivering ROI and business outcomes.Provide project team leadership to ensure successful product launches.Driving the segmentation strategy by thinking through the target buyers, ideal customer profile, target industries.
