This is an enterprise-level role, reporting directly to the C-Suite, with high visibility and significant impact.If you’re a hands-on leader with a head for strategy, a heart for people, and a drive to win, we want to hear from you.Why This Role Stands Out

What You’ll Do

  • Build and Lead High-Performing Teams – Recruit, coach, and inspire salespeople and marketers to hit goals and build lasting relationships.
  • Craft Bold, Customer-Centered Strategy – Create aggressive but achievable growth plans, expansion roadmaps, and campaign calendars.
  • Drive Measurable Results – Own the sales pipeline and KPIs. Set targets. Hit targets. Raise the bar.
  • Oversee Brand & Marketing Efforts – Lead brand storytelling, marketing automation, digital campaigns, lead gen, and messaging across channels.
  • Collaborate Across Divisions – Work closely with operations, estimating, product leaders, and executives to keep customers at the center of every handoff.
  • Create a Winning Culture – Build a fun, competitive, and values-driven work environment where people love to perform.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B Sales & Marketing Leadership – 3+ years leading a team with results to show.
  • Track Record of Growth – You’ve built sales processes, closed major deals, and developed high-output teams.
  • Digital Marketing Acumen – Familiar with CRM, SEO, paid advertising, automation tools, and campaign management.
  • People Leader – You’re a natural coach, trusted leader, and strong communicator.
  • Strategic and Hands-On – You think long-term but don’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves and execute.

Salary: $85000 – 115000 per year
