Description: Position Summary…What you’ll do…As Director, Recruitment Marketing in the Walmart Talent Attraction team, you will play a critical role in spearheading our Recruitment Marketing efforts and leading a team who are responsible for executing campaigns and initiatives to inspire millions to want to work at Walmart.Working closely with the Talent Acquisition delivery leaders, you will create and implement a best-in-class Recruitment Marketing strategy that is a strategic enabler in Walmart’s ability to attract and engage talent across critical and in-demand talent groups. Our purpose is simple – inspire millions to want to work at Walmart.What you’ll do:Create and implement a short- and long-term strategy for recruitment marketing across Walmart that levels up our ability to attract and engage high-quality talent.Work cross-functionally with partners in Communications, Marketing, Creative and Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment and cohesion in our recruitment marketing efforts and strategy.Execute targeted, innovative and disruptive recruitment marketing campaigns, focusing on driving employer brand awareness and driving quality applicant conversions.Partner with Employer Branding and Talent Sourcing leaders on shared priorities that help position Walmart as a destination employer.Utilize data and insights to continuously improve our recruitment marketing strategies and outcomes.Inspire, coach, and develop your team to foster growth, collaboration, and high performance.Own, manage and forecast the recruitment marketing budget, developing future proposals aligned to initiatives, strategic needs, and maximizing ROI.What you’ll bring:Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, or Digital Marketing, with bonus points for retail or comparable experience.Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading, coaching and developing a team.Disruptive and innovative thinking, with proven experience delivering new and exciting solutions for attracting talent.Comfort and familiarity with data, demonstrating an ability to draw meaningful insights to inform strategy and decision-making.Exceptional storytelling skills, able to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audiences and align with our employer brand.Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of leading high-performing teams and fostering a highly engaged, collaborative work environment.Financial acumen and experience managing large recruitment marketing budgets, proven fiscal responsibility with a focus on tracking ROI.At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
