• Represent clients in divorce and family law cases, including court appearances and legal proceedings.
• Analyze client needs, identify legal solutions, and develop case strategies.
• Provide counsel to clients, helping them navigate their options for the best outcomes.
• Oversee and collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure efficiency.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law statutes and court procedures in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of family law experience in Florida, specifically within Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.
• Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Experienced in working with a dedicated paralegal to maximize productivity.
• Skilled in legal research tools such as Westlaw/Lexis and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong decision-making, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and clarity, guiding clients toward constructive solutions.
• Independent, organized, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
