This on-campus role provides daily support for our Spanish, Physical Education, and Computer Science programs across kindergarten through fifth grade. The ideal candidate will step in to lead classes when the primary specialty instructors are not available, ensuring continuity of instruction and maintaining a positive classroom environment. While coverage needs will vary day to day, this role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across departments and support a well-rounded educational experience for our Stratford students.You will alsoImplement curriculumCollaborate with other faculty and staff membersAssist in classroom management and behaviorProvide support in the classroom or office as neededWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityPrior classroom experience is preferred but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA passion for contributing to the educational growth and development of elementary studentsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
