Description: , an award-winning full-service staffing firm, is proud to partner with a plaintiff-side employment law firm in southwest Los Angeles in the search for a highly skilled, proactive, and polished Employment Law Attorney. This role will support and partner with its collegial and leadership team in high-stakes cases involving wage and hour violations, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other employment-related claims.Our client’s practice is focused on mostly wage and hour class actions. It represents a smaller percentage of individual matters, including claims under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA). You will take a front-seat role in litigating impactful cases from start to finish, including:

  • Leading and managing wage and hour class action cases in state and federal courts.
  • Handling all aspects of litigation including drafting complaints, discovery, law and motion, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
  • Drafting and negotiating class action settlement agreements.
  • Interfacing with clients, opposing counsel, mediators, and courts.
  • Supporting partners on complex cases while also mentoring junior associates as needed.
  • Playing an integral role in strategic case development and execution.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who are:

  • Licensed to practice law in California with 3+ years of litigation experience.
  • Well-versed in employment law, with a strongly focused on wage and hour class actions.
  • Confident in managing cases independently and appearing in court.
  • Highly skilled in client advocacy, legal writing, and deposition practice.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-impact litigation setting.
  • You are interested in mentorship and leadership and eager to grow with the firm.

COMPENSATION AND PERKS
This is a full-time, on-site position based in southwestern Los Angeles. The salary range is $130,000- $205,000 DOE, plus bonus, plus origination points, plus a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, growth, and future.HOW TO APPLY:
