Description: Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced attorney specializing in general practice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal matters related to general practice including business or civil litigation, employment law, family law, personal injury, estate planning, real estate, insurance and more.Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in general practice matters, including but not limited to contract drafting and negotiation and business formation
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Stay current on legal developments and trends in general practice

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• No minimum amount of experience practicing law 0-7 years of experience
• Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures related to general practice
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• In person
