Description: Employment Law PartnerA well-respected law firm in California is seeking an Employment Law Partner to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney with a strong background in employment law to take on a leadership role within a highly regarded practice.Key Responsibilities:Handle complex employment law matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, wrongful termination, workplace investigations, and class action defense.Oversee and mentor junior attorneys while managing a diverse caseload.Develop and maintain client relationships, providing strategic counsel to employers on compliance with federal and state labor laws.Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings before agencies such as the EEOC, DFEH, and DLSE.Contribute to the firm’s growth through business development and client acquisition.Qualifications:10+ years of employment law experience, with a strong background in litigation and counseling.California Bar admission is required.Proven track record of managing cases independently and leading a team.Strong business development skills with a portable book of business (preferred but not required).Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.Why Join Us?Competitive compensation and benefits package.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Opportunity for firm leadership and partnership equity.Flexible work arrangements available.If you are an accomplished employment law attorney looking for a leadership role in California, I encourage you to apply.
