Description: I am partnered with a well known law firm looking to add an employment attorney to their team!Position: Employment AttorneyLocation: Louisville, KentuckyQualifications:
- 3-10 years of experience with employment law (including PAGA) – plaintiff or defense candidates welcomed
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Experience attending mediations and drafting/opposing motions
- Comfortable attending court appearances
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including discrimination, wage and hour laws, and labor relations.
- J.D. & good standing with the CA bar
