Description: A well-established Texas law firm is seeking a full-time experienced paralegal to join our Austin office, located in the vibrant Domain area. This position is 100% in-office and ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a strong background in litigation support. Key Responsibilities:Drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documentsOrganizing and managing discovery materialsAssisting attorneys in preparing for hearings and trialsCommunicating with clients and maintaining case updatesPerforming billing and administrative tasksManaging phone communications and supporting general office operationsContributing to a collaborative, team-based work environment Qualifications:Prior paralegal experience required (preferably in litigation or family law)Strong drafting, organizational, and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and client-service abilitiesProficiency in legal billing and standard office software Compensation & Benefits:Salary: Commensurate with experienceInsurance: Health, life, and disability insurance (firm-paid for employee); dental, vision, and dependent coverage availableRetirement: 401(k) with firm contribution after 1 yearAdditional Perks: Paid parking, continuing legal education (CLE), and firm-sponsored events
