To educate and prepare each student to succeed in a changing world.Job Description:We want YOU here!REQUIREMENTSMust meet the requirements of two years post high school education or higher, 48 credits, CDA, or be able to pass a standardized test approved by the state of South Dakota.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIESEducation Assistants will provide support for students with special needs under the direction of special education case managers in order for students to achieve their goals established for Extended School Year (ESY) services. Education Assistants will also support students with activities of daily living (e.g., bathroom, accessing the playground, moving around the building) as needed. ESY services may look different for every child.
