This is a hybrid position offering the chance to build a rewarding legal career in a supportive, collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive legal counsel to clients on family law matters including divorce, child custody, adoption, and support issuesDraft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and contractsRepresent clients in court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiationsConduct in-depth legal research and case analysis to support legal strategiesWork closely with other attorneys and legal staff to manage case flow and client communicationBuild and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and responsivenessEssential Functions:Prepare detailed case files, exhibits, and supporting materials for courtCommunicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather case-related informationStay current with New Jersey family law statutes, regulations, and legal precedentsMaintain organized documentation and ensure deadlines are metQualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in New Jersey2–5 years of experience practicing family lawExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong legal research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and col
