Early Courtroom & Deposition Experience: Unlike many junior roles, individual will quickly gain exposure to depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
Ground-Floor Growth Opportunity: The firm is expanding, and attorney will have the ability to position themselves for long-term success as the practice grows.Duties:-Assist senior attorneys with all aspects of family law litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
-Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and other proceedings under attorney supervision.
-Draft pleadings, settlement agreements, discovery responses, and client correspondence.
-Conduct legal research on complex family law issues, including custody, support, and property division.
-Collaborate with senior attorneys to deliver top-tier legal service to high-net-worth individuals.Qualifications:– Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
– Licensed to practice law in California, in good standing.
– 0–3 years of family law experience (clerkship, externship, or prior firm experience highly valued).– Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
