Description: Join our vibrant family law firm in CA where we are committed to delivering outstanding legal services in all areas of family law.Position Overview: We are looking for motivated Associate Attorneys with experience in family law to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of family law statutes and procedures and will focus on providing compassionate and effective representation to our clients.Requirements:

• Licensed to practice in California
• 1-7 years of experience in family law
• Strong grasp of family law statutes and procedures
• Experience in Parenting Plans, Child Custody, Child Support, Agreements & Modifications, Child Support Enforcement, Paternity, Termination of Parental Rights, Domestic Violence, and Orders of Protection
• Litigation experience

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence cases
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
