Description: Family Law Attorney – Hybrid OpportunityGPAC, a leading recruitment firm with over 30 years of experience, has partnered with a well-respected law firm to find a dedicated Family Law Attorney. This is an excellent hybrid opportunity for legal professionals seeking career growth in a reputable firm while making a meaningful impact on families.Responsibilities:

• Manage family law cases alongside a supervising attorney.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, declarations, subpoenas, financial disclosures, mediation briefs, and trial briefs.
• Conduct legal research and draft memorandums.
• Handle discovery, including propounding and responding, drafting meet and confer letters, and motions to compel.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court via phone and email.
• Prepare deposition outlines, exhibits, and witness questions for hearings and trials.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• California Bar Admission (active and in good standing).
• 3-5 years of family law experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
