Location: Seattle, WAOverview:We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, domestic violence, and other related matters.Responsibilities:Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, property division, and domestic violence cases.Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and court orders.Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.Represent clients in mediation, settlement negotiations, and court proceedings, including hearings and trials.Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential outcomes of their cases.Develop case strategies that align with the client’s goals while maintaining ethical and professional standards.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in Washington State (in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association).3+ years of experience in family law practice preferred.Strong knowledge of Washington State family law statutes and court procedures.Ability to manage multiple cases independently while meeting deadlines and client expectations.Proficiency in legal research tools, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred Qualifications:Mediation and collaborative law training or experience.Experience handling high-asset divorce cases and complex financial matters.Strong network within the legal and family law community in Washington State.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer contributions.Paid time off (PTO) and holidays.Professional development opportunities, including CLE reimbursement.To inquire further, or apply directly, please contact Austin Kiler at or (605)501-4713.
