Description: Northern suburban firm, established practice, seeks Family Law AttorneyOur client is hiring a passionate Family Law Attorney to handle matters in Supreme and Family Courts. Responsibilities include:

• Divorce proceedings
• Custody, child support and family offense matters
• Abuse, neglect and juvenile delinquency
• Post-matrimonial cases, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements
• Mediation and negotiations
• Representing clients in WNY courts
• Drafting pleadings, motions and legal memoranda

• Must be admitted to practice in NYS
• Must have a least one year of matrimonial/family law experience
