Known for our integrity, zealous advocacy, and practical approach, we are growingand were looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our expanding team in Cary, NC. This is a more junior level position, with huge growth opportunities. Our client has excellent tenure with its staff.We take pride in our driven yet fun work culture. Our team includes multiple NC Board Certified Specialists in Family Law, and we are excited to welcome a motivated attorney who shares our values and long-term vision for professional growth.Description:Were seeking a Family Law Attorney to primarily manage Wake County cases, with occasional cases in neighboring counties. This role involves working closely with clients on issues including:

• Child custody

• Child and spousal support

• Equitable distribution

• Divorce and related matters

You will handle cases through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation as needed. This position offers the opportunity to grow within a supportive team and contribute meaningfully to our firms continued success.Requirements:

• Licensed NC Attorney with a minimum of two years of family law experience. You must be barred in the state of North. Carolina

• Experienced litigator comfortable with courtroom proceedings

• Ideally, you bring a book of business or are motivated to develop one

• Passion for family law and a commitment to client-centered representation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset

• Interest in becoming (or already are) a Board-Certified Specialist in Family Law
