Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leading attorneys in the management of complex family law cases.
• Gain hands-on experience in drafting a wide range of legal documents, from letters to pleadings, declarations, and briefs.
• Engage in discovery processes, crafting meet and confer letters and compelling motions.
• Establish meaningful connections with clients, opposing counsel, and the court through efficient communication.
• Prepare deposition outlines and exhibits, shaping the path to success in evidentiary hearings and trials.
• Sharpen your legal acumen with research and memorandum preparation.

Qualifications:

• Licensed in Kentucky in good standing.
• 3+years of family law experience.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex legal concepts, coupled with strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Unwavering attention to detail and exceptional proofreading abilities.
• A proactive, self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
