A respected and growing boutique law firm in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Family Law Litigation Attorney with 3–6 years of experience to join their dynamic and client-focused team.🔊 About the Role:As a key member of our litigation team, you will manage your own caseload of complex family law matters from intake through resolution. You’ll handle contested divorces, custody disputes, enforcement actions, modifications, and high-net-worth cases.🧾 Responsibilities:Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trialsDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreementsAttend court appearances regularly in Bexar and surrounding countiesProvide clear legal counsel with a compassionate and strategic approachCollaborate with support staff to manage timelines and client expectations✅ Requirements:3–6 years of recent experience in Texas family law litigationLicensed and in good standing with the Texas State BarTrial or contested hearing experience strongly preferredStrong legal writing, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to manage a full caseload independently💡 Bonus Points for:Board Certification in Family Law (or in progress)Spanish-speaking proficiencyExperience with high-conflict or complex custody matters🎯 What We Offer:$100,000 – $140,000 BOEBonus structure based on billables and case outcomes401(k), healthcare, and paid time offSupportive and collegial firm culture focused on client service and attorney well-beingOpportunities for mentorship, leadership, and professional growthReady to make a difference in the lives of Texas families?
