If you’re looking for real courtroom experience and the opportunity to grow under a well-known mentor in the field, this is your chance.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in all aspects of family law including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violenceDraft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and trial preparation materialsParticipate in case strategy meetings and client consultationsAppear in court for hearings, trials, and settlement conferencesMaintain clear and compassionate communication with clients navigating emotionally complex situationsQualifications:1+ years of experience in family law preferred (new grads with relevant interest and internships will be considered)Licensed and in good standing with the California State BarStrong litigation and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentDetail-oriented with a passion for helping clients through life-changing situationsWhat You’ll Get:No billable hour requirement$120K–$200K base salary depending on experienceAnnual merit-based bonuses100% employer-paid Anthem Blue Cross medical insuranceDental, life, AD&D, 401K (pre-tax deductions)Generous PTO: 10–20 days based on experience + 9–12 paid holidays (including Jewish holidays)Collaborative and mentoring work environmentOffice-wide celebrations, birthday gifts, and optional retreats every other yearWork Environment:This is a fully on-site position in a collaborative office currently preparing to relocate to a newly renovated space near the Beverly Hills/West Hollywood line.
