They are a client-focused firm dedicated to providing compassionate and effective legal representation in all aspects of family law. - Manage a full caseload of family law matters from inception through trial, including but not limited to:
- Divorce and legal separation
- Child custody and support
- Parenting plans
- Property division
- Domestic violence and restraining orders
- Modifications and enforcement
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in family law and related legal areas.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law in Washington state.
- Proven ability to handle cases from start to finish, including courtroom litigation.
- Strong understanding of Washington family law statutes and procedures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional legal research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client representation.
- Technological proficiency.
