Specific compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze legal documents related to family law cases to provide accurate legal advice and strategies
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations to advocate for their best interests
• Conduct legal research on family law issues to stay informed on relevant laws and precedents
• Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and agreements, with precision and attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and judges to ensure the smooth progress of cases

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience practicing family law
• Active license to practice law in the state of Illinois
• Strong research and writing skills
• Experience with remote court appearances
• Proficient in legal software and technology
