Description: A growing mid-sized law firm in Seattle is actively seeking a Family Law Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in family law and litigation. This is a hybrid role with flexibility, but candidates must be able to travel to King and Snohomish Counties as needed.Key Responsibilities:Manage family law cases from start to finish, including consultations, pleadings, negotiations, hearings, and trialsAppear in court and effectively represent clients in contested family law mattersCollaborate with internal team members, paralegals, and support staffMeet billable hour requirements: 1,200–1,600 hours annuallyEligible for performance and overage bonusesRequirements:3+ years of experience in family law and litigationLicensed and in good standing with the Washington State BarComfortable with litigation, court appearances, and case strategyAble to independently manage a caseload and provide excellent client serviceWillingness to travel within King and Snohomish CountiesPerks & Benefits:Competitive salary: $110,000–$160,000+ (commensurate with experience)Bonuses for exceeding billable targets and performanceComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous PTO and holiday policySupportive team environment with career growth opportunities
