The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting attorneys through all stages of family law litigation-from case inception to trial-while providing compassionate and professional service to our clients. Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and prepare pleadings, petitions, discovery requests/responses, and correspondenceMaintain communication and build rapport with clients, court staff, and attorneysOrganize, maintain, and manage case filesPrepare exhibits, trial notebooks, and related materials for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trialsTrack case deadlines and assist attorneys in managing litigation workflowCoordinate with legal staff to ensure cases progress efficiently RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal in family law litigationProficiency in:Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookAdobe Acrobat ProFamily Law Software, Inc. (for financial affidavits)E-filing systems and legal billing softwareStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlinesExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsProfessional demeanor and client-focused approach Work HoursMonday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM Additional RequirementsClean copy of Florida Driver’s LicenseBusiness references About ClientClient is a well-established and highly respected law firm in Brandon, Florida.
