Direct HireTempExperts is recruiting a skilled Family Law Paralegal for a respected law firm in Orlando. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Florida family law and a passion for supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.Summary:
The Family Law Paralegal will play a key role in managing case files, drafting legal documents, coordinating with clients and court personnel, and supporting attorneys throughout the litigation and trial process. The right candidate will have experience handling high-volume caseloads and a deep understanding of Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure.Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents including petitions, discovery, financial affidavits, and settlement agreements.
• File court documents and monitor case dockets and deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel.
• Organize and maintain case files, discovery materials, and evidence.
• Assist in trial preparation, including preparing exhibits, trial binders, and witness lists.
• Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategies.
• Maintain accurate calendars for hearings, court appearances, and filing deadlines.

Qualifications/ Expectations:

• Associate degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Florida family law.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
• Deep understanding of Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain discretion with confidential and sensitive information.
• Work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
• Prioritize tasks and manage a high-volume workload efficiently.
• Uphold professionalism and client service standards at all times.
