We’re currently seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our growing legal team in Morgantown or Clarksburg. Why You’ll Love Working With Us: • Competitive salary: $40,000 – $57,000 depending on experience (inclusive of bonuses) • Comprehensive benefits package: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance • 401(k) with matching • Paid time off and vacation days • Structured bonus program based on performance • Supportive team culture that values collaboration, trust, and personal growth • Opportunities to make a real impact in clients’ lives Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Be a key client contact, offering empathetic communication and timely updates • Draft a variety of legal documents (petitions, financial statements, motions, discovery, etc.) • Support attorneys in preparing for mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials • Organize and analyze financial documents for equitable distribution and support calculations • Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy development • Maintain case files and deadlines using our digital case management system • Coordinate with experts, witnesses, court staff, and opposing counsel • Track billable time daily and help ensure cases move forward smoothly Qualifications: What You Bring to the Table: • Prior family law paralegal experience is strongly preferred • A compassionate, client-first mindset • Excellent organization and multitasking skills • Strong written and verbal communication • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability • A team-player attitude with a willingness to take ownership • Comfort with legal tech and proficiency in Microsoft Office • Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume environment About Company: Klie Law Offices, PLLC, is a growing litigation firm dedicated to guiding clients through challenging times with honest and efficient service.
