If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. • Conducts Marketing Research and Data collection: Focus groups, surveying, campus mapping, trend development/research, competitive pricing analysis.
• Strategic Planning, Innovation and Creativity: Assists with the development of Marketing Plans; new strategies and tactics for promoting meal growth, client and community advocacy, and positive brand recognition.
• Marketing: Coordinates special events, promotions, marketing collateral, media interaction, public relations, website updates, social media marketing.
• Build Relationships: Build relationships with clients, organization department heads and subgroups/community groups.

• Requires at least 3 years of product, marketing and / or merchandising experience.
• Requires people management experience for at least 1-2 direct reports.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or marketing.
• A proven ability to increase sales and measure the impact/return on investment on implementation of programs.
• A demonstrated ability to be proactive and assertive in identifying and capturing growth opportunities, as well as thinking creatively and strategically.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills including presentation, public speaking and client interaction skills.
• Must be able to efficiently utilize social media, MS Office products, Google platform, and Canva to accomplish work tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
