  • Act as the primary financial advisor for a client portfolio composed mainly of highly educated professionals.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning services, including tax, retirement, estate, and student loan planning.
  • Maintain extensive, ongoing client contact to build strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the founding partner and team members to align client strategies and firm growth objectives.
  • Contribute to the firm’s development by actively participating in strategic discussions and client acquisition efforts.
  • Support a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles.
  • Holders of CFA, CFP, or CPA designations are strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial planning needs and portfolios.
  • Commitment to professional growth and collaboration within a boutique team environment.
