We have deep roots in each of our markets and our employees are an extension of our core values every day.Findlay Kia of Las Vegas NV is hiring a Fleet Sales Manager with B2B Outside sales experience responsible for expanding the commercial side of our business within an assigned territory.The Fleet Manager will focus on companies having a fleet of vehicles and a strong need to out-source their fleet management services. Sales goals will be achieved through various forms of marketing and sales presentations that define the value of fleet management to key decision makers.Responsible for influencing the buying decision, while exceeding the customer’s expectations for service, knowledge and professionalism, the Fleet Manager will be knowledgeable of our complete menu of services including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, insurance management, licensing and cycling of fleet vehicles and disposal of the client’s vehicles.The opportunity for growth in this position is quite significant with a career path leading to team management or into a senior sales role as well as tremendous income potential!Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying target market leads through referrals and national association relationship.
  • Qualifying prospects through additional research and personal contact
  • Creating strategies to convince prospects of their need to learn about our services.
  • Conducting various meetings with our clients including initial and follow up fact-finding presentations, closing and transition meetings.
  • Building initial relationships with decision makers and securing referrals
  • Creating custom fleet management solutions to facilitate sales closing.
  • Experienced at effectively closing the sale.
  • Ongoing relationship management with clients after the transition on an as needed basis
