Join us and make a difference in National Security!Job DescriptionAs a Full Stack Developer on this program, you will have the opportunity to build strong systems, software, and cloud environments and provide operations and maintenance for critical systems. The candidate will provide technical expertise and support in the design, development, implementation and testing of customer tools and applications. Based in a DevOps framework, this role participates in and/or direct major deliverables of projects through all aspects of the software development lifecycle including scope and work estimation, architecture and design, coding and unit testing.Primary ResponsibilitiesParticipate in software programming initiatives to support innovation and enhancement, using Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot, HibernateDeveloping and directing software system validation and testing methods using Junit and KatalonDevelop and integrate custom developed software solutions to leverage automated deployment technologies leveraging an Atlassian tool suite like JIRA and Confluence to track activitiesDevelop, prototype and deploy solutions within Commercial Cloud Solutions leveraging Infrastructure platform services creating innovative solutions to meet the technical needs of customers.Analyze (though proof of concept, performance, and end-to-end testing) and effectively coordinate Infrastructure needs driven by developed software to meet customer mission needsSupport the Agile software development lifecycle following Program SAFe practices while coordinating closely with team members, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure User Story alignment and implementation to customer use casesDocument and Perform systems software development, including deployment of build artifacts across different environments leveraging GitFlow constructs and using industry leading DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and Unix bash scriptingBasic QualificationsExpert with common Agile practices, service-orientated environments, and development practicesExpert with Java, Angular, Spring and C2S and the software development lifecycle, with experience delivering within DevOps toolsets/practicesDirect experience utilizing software testing performance tools, such as Junit or Katalon and scripting languages, such as Python, and Bash while working in an Agile development environmentExpert developing in Commercial Cloud Platforms (ex, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and leveraging cloud data services (ex: S3, RDS, EFS)Expert using version control and issue/problem tracking systemsMaster’s degree with 15 or more years of prior relevant experience or Doctorate with 13 or more years of relevant experience.
