With 7 operatories and a dedicated team that includes a full-time hygienist, hygiene director, and expanded function dental assistants, striving to keep most procedures in-house and accepting PPO/FFS. • Need a doctor by the end of May
• 2-5 years out
• Needs to be set in the area (i.e. not a nomad who switches from job to job every year). We really need this doctor to stay for at least three years as the patients would not be able to deal with it if we turned an associate over in the first year of the owner doctor’s absence.
• Needs to be a leader as the team needs a doctor leader in this office.
• Patience is the key as the current doctor is very conservative and it would take probably a recall cycle (6 months) for some of the existing patients to accept treatment (this may not be the case as I have subbed at this office and really never had an issue getting case acceptance)
