With $120M+ in revenue and a robust backlog of projects, they specialize in high-profile, complex construction work across multiple business units.As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the cradle-to-grave aspects of complex commercial and institutional construction projects, ensuring successful execution from preconstruction through completion.Key Responsibilities:Oversee multiple large-scale projects, typically valued between $7M – $10MManage all project phases, including estimating, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and executionSupervise subcontracted work and self-performed activities, ensuring quality and complianceLead teams across various contract delivery methods: IDIQ, Lump-Sum, Design/Build, and Fast Track contractsMaintain strong client relationships with high-profile institutional and federal agenciesEnsure safety compliance (OSHA 30, First Aid, CPR) and project-specific certificationsUtilize Procore and ProjNet for project management and documentationDrive continuous improvement in construction processes and cost controlMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Qualifications include:B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management (or 20+ years of relevant experience without a degree)10-15+ years in commercial and/or industrial general contractingProven experience as a lead project manager on $5M+ projects for USACE or WHSStrong working knowledge of government contracting (5-7 years preferred)Expertise in construction means, methods, and industry best practicesProfessional certifications such as Associate Constructor (AC), Certified Professional Constructor (CPC), or PE preferredU.S. Citizenship is required for federal project accessMy Client is a highly respected construction company with over 100 employees and a network of hundreds of subcontractors and consultants.
