Assist the Regional Programs with the evaluation and improvement of the leadership initiatives throughout the region through the following: Support the Program senior leader’s talent management and development activities; Overall project management support to the programs; Researching, evaluating, and analyzing the results of career development initiatives; Coordinates critical information gathering, tracking, and evaluation; Designs, develops and implements a comprehensive program to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of training and development programs; reviews, tracks and archives all training power points for the Region; prepares and sends data reports as needed.
