Description: Company Description :Job Summary :Lead the charge in sourcing and creating partnerships between OneStaff and client. Manage the entire proposal development process and write compelling proposals communicating OneStaff’s capabilities while meeting the requirements of the process with federal, state, county and city RFPs.***This position is fully in office in Omaha Nebraska*** #osmcareersResponsibilities :Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs to determine response requirements and strategy

• Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs), sales, legal, operations to gather required information

• Draft, edit, and format compelling, accurate, and compliant proposal content tailored to client needs

• Maintain an organized content library of reusable proposal material

• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, often under tight deadlines

• Ensure proposals meet all formatting, compliance, and submission guidelines

• Review and proofread all documents for clarity, grammar, and consistency

• Track proposal metrics and maintain records of submissions, feedback, and results

• Remain coachable

Requirements :Skills and Experience· Min 2- years’ experience writing government RFP proposals· Related Healthcare Staffing experience highly preferred· Relentless drive to meet and exceed goals· Knowledge of proposal best practices (APMP certification is a plus)· Strong command of English grammar and business writing· Excellent organizational and time management skills· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)· Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressureEducation : Bachelor DegreeBenefits :While working with OneStaff Medical you will enjoy top-tier benefits such as:
