Description: The Pickerington Local School District seeks qualified applicants for a High School Principal (grades 9-12) for Pickerington High School Central.
Candidates must have strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.Job Goal:
To serve as the instructional leader in the building; responsible for day-to-day management of the entire school
building operation; major areas of focus include personnel, curriculum, students and public relations within the community.Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio certificate/license for principal which includes grades 9-12
• Minimum of five (5) years successful classroom teaching experience at the secondary level preferrred
• Experience with master schedule development and scheduling of school activities during and after school hours
• Credentialed OPES, OTES, and OSCES evaluator or the ability to obtain the credential OPES, OTES and OSCES evaluator
• Ability to intepret/analyze data to determine student success
• Work collaborative with building personnel and/or other district/building department and have the ability to perform as an instructional

leader with all staff members.

• And/or any additional qualifications, training, or other credentials, as determined by the Board of Education
