📍 Charlotte, NC | Full-Time | In-OfficeOur growing law firm is actively seeking a dedicated HOA Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join our Charlotte, NC office. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on residential real estate and HOA law, including limited litigation work.🚨 Must-Have: Active Law Licenses in BOTH North Carolina & South Carolina.
Candidates without both licenses will not be considered.✅ Qualifications:

• Active law licenses in both North Carolina and South Carolina (REQUIRED)
• 3–5 years of experience in residential real estate, title review, and HOA law a must
• Prior litigation experience in collections or foreclosure is a strong plus
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
