Your day-to-day responsibilities may include (but aren’t limited to):

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Checking and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Using Microsoft Excel and Word for daily tasks and documentation
  • Assisting the Director of Home Health Services with administrative needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A friendly, professional demeanor with a team-focused attitude
  • Prior administrative or healthcare office experience preferred (but not required)
