Services You’ll Provide:

• Personal Care Services:

• Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming
• Helping with eating and meal management
• Supporting clients with household management and personal affairs
• Assisting with self-administration of medications (not dispensing)
• Providing essential housekeeping for client health and welfare
• Performing additional activities of daily living (ADLs) as specified in the client’s individualized care plan
• Homemaking Services:

• Meal planning and preparation
• Grocery purchase planning and shopping assistance
• Laundry services (folding, ironing, putting away)
• House cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom care
• Changing bed linens and maintaining a clean living environment
• Providing respite services for the client’s regular caregiver
• Completing other homemaking tasks as outlined in the client’s care plan
